My 1st Triple Coupons Trip!!!
I went to Harris Teeter for the 1st time yesterday and I must say WOW! High prices! So I chose items very carefully. They are having a triple coupon event up to .99 until Sunday…but even with triple coupons I could purchase a lot of items cheaper elsewhere. I ended up in the manager’s line and when he saw my total he said, “You’re gonna have to teach me how to shop!”

(2) Argo Corn Starch 3.18 -(2).55q tripled = 0.00 (Do not allow overage but free)
(2) New York Texas Garlic Toast 6.58 - (2).50 q tripled = 3.58
(2) Hormel Pepperoni 4.58 - .50q tripled = 3.08
(2) SteakUmms 11.98 - 5.99sale B1G1F = 5.99
Total including tax: 16.62; Savings: 27.40
*I was going to purchase some Pepsi 12 pk cans that were on sale for B1G1Free….until I saw the price. $5.99!!! They still would have been $3 a piece!

That is awesome. I wish we had the triple coupon effect happening here again. Unfortunately the store that used to do that closed down. Now, the bigger chains left, not a one of them will accept internet coupons. So all my searching was for naught. Great job though!

Nipsy - It really stinks when some stores won’t take IPs, but there’s unfortunately so many producing counterfeit q’s it ruins it for the rest of us that are honest. I hope you get a store near you that will at least double soon…it really adds up!
